How to shop online ?It’s Easy just follow the steps below: Log in to your account or sign up for a new account if it’s your first time purchasing. Browse thru our products catalog, when you found something you love add the item to cart by selecting size that fit you. You may continue shopping or complete your order by viewing your shopping cart. Fill in your correct personal details especially contact number and mailing address. Pick your preferred delivery method. Select a payment method. Confirm your order and you’re done!

How to make payment for purchase ?For online purchases: We accept – Visa, Mastercard, Online Banking Transfer and QRPay. For in store purchases: We accept cash in, Bank Transfer and QRPay.

Can i exchange and return my purchase ?All Returns Must Be Sent Back to our outlet within 7 Working Days (Malaysia) / 10 Working days (Oversea)/ 3day (For in-store purchase). 1. Please note that we do not accept cash refund but exchange with product or store credit, all store credit from exchange need to be used up within 7 days. 2. We accept exchange of size, colour and design. 3. ALL Best Buy, SALES,Discounted/promotional items and bikini, accessories are CANNOT be exchange, refund, return after purchase is made. 4. Please note that all backorder items placed can’t be cancel and are not refundable or exchangeable. 5. Returns (size) can only made one time per order number. Meaning that any order made with return credit cannot be returned the consequent time. 6. Items must be in its original condition (tag intact, unworn, unwashed and unaltered). All returns which do not meet the above-mentioned criterias will be strictly declined. 1. Can i option to refund ?No, we do not provide cash refund. Only exchange with product (within color or size is available).

What is the delivery option ?1. We provide Express shipping to West and East Malaysia. Delivers within 2-5 business day upon dispatch. * Purchase more than RM350 will get FREE delivery. 2. You can also option for Self pick-up at any of our outlets. A Notice will send to you when your items are ready to pick up at the stores.

How much is the postage fee?For orders below RM350: Express shipping to West Malaysia RM9 per order. Express shipping to East Malaysia RM15 per order. * Purchase more than RM350 will get FREE delivery.

What are the international delivery options ?We ship internationally! For SINGAPORE orders delivery charge as low as RM38. For Other Countries, shipping cost will be base on the weight of the items, calculated and displayed on the checkout page before you complete your order.

I haven't receive my parcel who should i contact?Before reaching out to us by what's apps or Instagram inbox PM @missmistcloset or please do a quick check with the tracking number given on the delivery agent website.

What happen if my parcel is lose ?Upon the unsuccessful delivery attempt or if it has exceeded 14 days, whichever comes first, the parcel will be returned to us and return fees will incur. For us to dispatch your order to you again, re-delivery fees will be chargeable. Should you prefer to return your order for online credits, please note that the return fees that were incurred will be deducted from your issued credits. If you have any trouble receiving your order, please reach out to us.
